We operate this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and related services (the “Services”). Everwander & Co is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Everwander & Co reserves the right to accept or refuse your order. An order is only accepted once we confirm payment and acceptance.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Orders may not be canceled once production begins. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
Products are intended for personal/domestic use only, not for resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) by default, and US Dollars (USD) may also be available as other currencies. All prices are tax-inclusive (TTC).
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. No cryptocurrency or unsupported methods are accepted.
Promotions and discount codes may be offered from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined, may be limited in duration, and may be withdrawn without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full order amount, including shipping and taxes where applicable.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and The United States. Estimated delivery times: 4–15 business days.
All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon handover to the carrier.
Unclaimed shipments or orders returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur reshipping fees.
“Please note that some items may ship separately if they are produced in different facilities. You may therefore receive multiple parcels for a single order, without additional cost to you.”

Our products are fulfilled on demand through our production partners.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the accuracy or safety of third-party content. Transactions with third parties are at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Everwander & Co is powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly with Everwander & Co. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data collected is subject to our Privacy Policy and may also be processed under Shopify’s privacy policy. By using our Services, you consent to this processing.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK & REVIEWS
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other feedback (“Feedback”), you grant Everwander & Co a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and share this content for marketing purposes (e.g. reposting reviews on our website or Instagram).
You confirm that you have the rights to submit the Feedback and that it does not violate third-party rights.

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including product descriptions and pricing, even after an order is placed.
