- Images are exhibition visuals: minor variations in color, placement, or finish may occur.
- Descriptions and prices may be updated at any time without notice.
4. Orders
- Any confirmed order implies acceptance of these Terms.
- Products are made-to-order.
- Cancellations only possible before production starts.
- Digital products: final sale, non-refundable.
5. Prices & payment
- All currencies available
- Payments: Credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal.
- Applicable price is the one shown at checkout.
6. Shipping
- Zones: EU, US & UK.
- Lead times: production 1–4 business days, shipping 4–15 business days. May vary depending on the supplier.
- Orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
- Everwander & Co is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure.
7. Returns & withdrawal
- EU customers: 14-day withdrawal right for non-custom physical goods.
- Not eligible: personalized, downloaded digital, or used/damaged items.
- Returns only with prior authorization (RMA).

8. Liability
- Everwander & Co is not liable for indirect damages related to product use.
- Customers are responsible for product suitability.
9. Intellectual property
