 4. Consumer Rights & Returns

All Everwander & Co products are produced on demand, customized for each customer.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, personalized goods are not eligible for return or withdrawal, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Returns for defective or damaged products must be requested within 14 days of receipt, accompanied by photos as proof of defect.

Consumers retain their rights under EU law, including:

  • The 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive 1999/44/EC).

  • Remedies for defective or unsafe products (repair, replacement, or refund).


 5. Product Safety & Recall Procedures

All manufacturing partners (Podbase, Printify, Printful) comply with Regulation (EU) 2023/988.
If a safety issue is identified, Everwander & Co will:

  • Notify affected customers by email.

  • Provide repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Publish public recall information if required.

 

 6. Environmental Information

Everwander & Co uses print-on-demand production to reduce overstock and waste.
For textiles, we recommend using a microfiber washing bag to limit microplastic release into water systems.

Consumer Mediation (France & EU)

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you have the right to use a consumer mediation service free of charge to resolve any dispute with Everwander & Co.

Everwander & Co will later designate an official mediator registered with the Commission d’évaluation et de contrôle de la médiation de la consommation (CECMC).
Pending this, any disputes may be addressed directly to everwanderandco@gmail.com for amicable resolution.

 

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and if no amicable agreement can be reached, jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts.
