Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Q: Are taxes included in the prices?
As a French micro-business, VAT is not applicable (Article 293B of the French CGI). All prices are displayed in euros, tax included.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after checkout?
Since all products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify an order once it has entered production. Please double-check your details before confirming your purchase.
Production & Printing
Q: Are your products pre-made?
No. Each item is created only when you place an order. This avoids waste and ensures each product is unique.
Q: How are the designs printed?
We collaborate with professional print-on-demand partners using high-quality techniques such as digital printing, sublimation, or embroidery depending on the product. This ensures vibrant colors and long-lasting quality.
Q: Do you offer product customization?
Not yet. Personalization (e.g., adding initials or names) may be available in the future on selected products. Please note that customized items will be non-returnable.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom.
Q: What are the delivery times?
Average processing and delivery times are:
- Production: 2–5 business days
- Shipping: 4–9 business days depending on your location
Q: Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Depending on the items ordered, your products may be shipped separately from different production sites.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel’s progress in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 14 days at everwanderandco@gmail.comwith photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Since each product is made to order, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or wrong size. Please make sure to review the product details carefully before purchasing.
